Hey there, wonderful one! I've got your schedule worked out for Saturday. If you and your band need a place to stay for the night, let us know and we can cover the charges.

Please be to the stage by no later than 10AM on Saturday for sound check. You will have fifteen minutes to breeze through your set and make sure everything is in working order. The area will be completely closed off to park visitors, but please be aware that microphones carry. Someone will hear it, so if you don't want to ruin the surprise, I would suggest only teasing at each song.

Your set will begin at 5:10 and you will have until 5:40 to finish. This is a festival show, so the majority of the acts have only received a half hour.

If you have any green room requests, please leave them with me and I will see to it that they are done. If you do not currently have a tour bus, let us know and we will provide a trailer for you. As always, if there's anything else you should need, do not be afraid to ask.
